Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want your athlete to LOVE their Rookie Moment.
We accept returns for:

Misprints

Damaged items

Incorrect items

Product defects

Items lost in shipping
If there’s an issue, email us at support@rookiemoments.com within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Custom items (unless defective)
Because every item is made to order, we can’t resell returned items — thank you for understanding.

We’ll help arrange a discounted reprint.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Return & Exchange Policy
